Background

GDPR is an EU regulation that establishes a new framework for the handling and protection of personal data belonging to residents based in EU countries. It entered into force in 2018.

The purpose of our privacy policy is to inform you about how we process your personal data and what rights you have.

This policy describes how we at Daxxin AB collect, use and protect your personal data.

Who is responsible for your personal data?

Daxxin AB, organization number 556873–9154, is responsible for personal data and takes responsibility for your personal data being processed in a legal manner.

What information do you collect about me?

We collect information that helps us provide a service to you, this includes:

  • email
  • name
  • contact details
  • organization number / social security number if you are a customer of ours

How will you use my information?

We need to know a bit about you in order to provide you with newsletters and payment information and statistics in line with this overall policy. We will not collect more information than we need to provide our services to you.

How long will Daxxin have my information?

We have accounting requirements that mean we need to keep some of your information for up to 7 years, after which it will be deleted. Information that we use for sending newsletters or marketing will be kept until the time you choose to unsubscribe from it.

Who do you share my information with?

Your personal data may be handled by personnel in Sweden, no third party has access to your personal data as long as the law does not require us to share it.

We have procedures in place to ensure that your personal data is handled safely and securely in accordance with current legislation. You can get more information by contacting us by e-mail.

Where is my information?

Your information is stored in data centers within the European Union and to some extent in the United States. For technical reasons, our subcontractors may need to move information to other countries outside the EU. Our partner is constantly working to meet the requirements of ISO 27018 – an internationally recognized standard for best practice in cloud privacy and data protection.

What are my rights?

Right to information:

You can request to receive a copy of the personal data we have about you.

Right to rectification:

We want to ensure that your information is up-to-date and correct. You can request to have your information corrected or removed if you believe it is incorrect.

Right to erasure:

You can request that we delete your personal data. We may not delete information that the law requires us to retain.

Data Portability:

You can ask us to move your personal data from our IT environment to someone else, either another company or to you. This does not apply to data that the law requires us to retain.

Withdraw your consent:

You can withdraw your consent to share your information or to receive marketing / mailings at any time. Either by unsubscribing from the notification or contacting us by email.

Complaint:

You can submit a complaint to the Data Protection Authority if you believe that we are processing your personal data in violation of the Data Protection Regulation.

You have the right to receive information once a year free of charge about which personal data about you is processed by Grazette of Sweden AB. In such a case, you must request this in writing to us. If you believe that any information about you is incorrect or misleading, you can contact us and request a change in writing.

Important:

Your application for a register extract must contain your name and social security number and be signed in order to be processed. The register extract is then sent to your civil registration address to ensure that the information reaches you.

How can I use my rights?

If you want to exercise any of your rights, please contact us by e-mail. If you want to submit a complaint to the data inspectorate, you need to contact them.
